Exercise because you love your body, not because you hate it. We as plus-sized women often identify a part of our bodies that we “hate” and decide to change it. But “hate” never leads to anything good. We should love our bodies enough to make whatever changes we deem necessary for satisfaction.
Loving our bodies will lead to a much more realistic and healthy journey. When we hate specific areas and become laser-focused on changing them, we are often in a worse position than we started when that area isn’t perfectly formed after a few weeks. Love ALL of your body and decide for your overall health to make small changes. Think health not diet. Good luck. You are not alone.
Just Do It
Just do it!
Gained 10 pounds during Corona? Just do it.
Thighs rub together when you walk? Just do it.
Mask making it breathy? Just do it.
Sun bearing down? Just do it.
People staring at you? Just do it.
Exercise because you love your body. I do. I have become a part of a walking challenge group started by a doctor friend of mine. We try to walk one mile a day. This day, I made it 2.12 miles. I make small steps. But of course, I have to still be stylish. The bra is by NIKE, the amazing workout pants are by Lane Bryant and their LIVI line. You can read more LIVI in my blog. They provide super comfortable leggings, apparel, and athletic wear in sizes up to 28. To purchase, click LIVI. The top is by the Avenue.
And, remember to stay safe. Wear a mask, if at all possible.
